- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days.
- Returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any condition other than as originally sent or received back as worn and/or damaged will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. Customers will be charged $15.00 to their account and the items will be shipped back to the customer.
- Items marked as “SALE” on the product page are final sale and cannot be sent back for exchange or store credit. Customers who mail back SALE garments will be charged $15.00 to their account and the SALE item(s) will be shipped back to the customer. Upon shipping you will receive a new tracking number.
- We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier and get a tracking number to track your return package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost returns.
- Laymaxx reserves the right to refuse excessive exchange and store credit returns.
Not returnable or exchangeable at any time:
Jewelries and other Accessories
Any item that has exceeded our 10 day return policy. (See above.)
Any item that is sold as Sale or Clearance.
All items returned used or altered
After an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled and fully refunded before it is processed. After being processed, we will only provide a store credit.
